One of our users is unable to delete their our reservations in the Resourse Reservation database. When they click on the delete button an error appears stating that the bk_outline_pane.gif object could not be found. The user is and editor and has delete rights to the database. All the other users are working fine. I have reinstalled the user's client (upgraded to 6.0.1 CF3) and replaced the design of the database, but this has not helped. I have looked at the design of the database and the image is in the Shared Resources. Please help as I need to solve this problem ASAP. All help will be much appreciated.
